If you feel you should have received your order by now, please consider
the following before you write to us:

- How long has it been since you ordered? Most pages on this site say that
orders may take 6 to 8 weeks to ship. Accessories and some specials usually
take less time to ship.

- Was your shirt part of a special wherein you asked Matthew to autograph it?
The logistics of compiling orders, sending them off to Matt, having Matt sign them,
then mailing them off to you can add some extra time onto the shipping schedule.

- Do you live outside the U.S.? New rules and rates which the U.S. Postal Service
put into effect this past spring has slowed down international deliveries considerably.


Once you've taken all of this into consideration and want to write about the status
of your order, please send us some additional information.
Information that would help us locate your order would include:

- the email address associated with your PayPal account
- the name your PayPal address is in
- the ID number of your order
- the receipt number of your order
- the address we're to send your order to

Usually any one of the above items will enable us to look up your order.

Once we can find your order, we'll compare it to any tracking information
we have to see if the post office actually made a delivery to your address.
